This bright and delicious dip is a low cost alternative to traditional pesto and always a crowd favourite. This recipe makes around 11⁄2 cups.

Method
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. It may be a little stiff to start with but it gets softer than the peas thaw out.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with vegetable sticks or crackers.
