The ideal winter pudding!
Use seasonal stewed fruit or canned fruit.
Serve hot with custard or ice cream.

Method
- Preheat oven to 160o C.
- Combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and spice in a bowl. Add margarine and mix well to make a crumbly topping.
- Place fruit in a small ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle topping over fruit and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
Serving Suggestion: serve with custard, yogurt or ice cream.
