Dried pea soup mix |
1 x 210 g packet |
Water as specified on soup mix packet |

Chopped assorted vegetables, eg carrot, corn, zucchini, kumara, onion, parsnip, peas, peppers, pumpkin, turnip |

Bacon bones |

Method
- Place all ingredients into a large saucepan. Cook on low heat for 2 hours until thick and cooked.
- Remove meat from bones, discard bones and add meat back to soup.
Serving Suggestion: serve with crispy bread
