Marinating meat before cooking is a great way to add more flavor and tenderize the meat at the same time.

Method
- Cut beef rump into 2.5 cm cubes.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir in beef. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
- Thread cubes onto metal skewers, packing cubes close together.
- Grill in the oven, barbecue or mini-grill under high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning to brown all sides. Brush with remaining marinade during cooking.
Serving Suggestion: serve with a baked potato and cooked vegetables or a salad.
