This easy chicken dish has a tasty honey and ginger glaze. Serve with a green salad and some fresh bread for a quick, easy meal.

Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200o C.
- Remove the skin from the drumstick if desired.
- Mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger.
- Lay drumsticks flat in a small baking dish and pour over sauce. Cover with lid or tinfoil.
- Bake in hot oven 40 minutes or until well browned. Turn once and baste often.
Microwave
- Prepare drumsticks as above placing them in a microwave safe dish. Cover and cook on medium-high power for 4 minutes for 1 serve and 8 minutes for 2 serves. Check to see that chicken is thoroughly cooked through and if necessary cook for a little longer.
- Stand for a few minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestion: serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad and rice or a baked potato.
