Ingredients

Canned 4-bean mix, drained

1 x 425g can

Canned whole kernel corn, drained

1 x 410g can

Mint, chopped

Spring onions, thinly sliced

Cucumber, diced

Tomatoes, cut into segments or cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tomatoes or 8 cherry tomatoes

Sesame seeds (optional)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix with dressing and serve.

Lemon juice

Sesame oil or other oil

Sugar

Minced garlic

Salt

Method

  1. Put all ingredients together in a screw top jar and shake together.
