Bean Salad
Ingredients |

Canned 4-bean mix, drained |
1 x 425g can |
Canned whole kernel corn, drained |
1 x 410g can |
Mint, chopped |

Spring onions, thinly sliced |

Cucumber, diced |

Tomatoes, cut into segments or cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 tomatoes or 8 cherry tomatoes |
Sesame seeds (optional) |

Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix with dressing and serve.

Method
- Put all ingredients together in a screw top jar and shake together.
- Large unused dressing in the refrigerator.
