A tasty but very quick and easy dessert.
Great for using up over-ripe bananas.

Banana, thickly sliced |

Method
- Melt margarine in a small fry pan.
- Add sugar and orange juice and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
- Add banana and cook 3-4 minutes until the banana is tender.
Microwave
- In a microwave-safe bowl place the margarine, brown sugar, and orange juice.
- Cook, uncovered on high power for 30 seconds. Add the sliced banana and stir well.
- Cook on high power for 40 seconds or until the banana is hot and tender.
Serving Suggestion: serve with ice cream, custard or yogurt.
