hot-meusli Muesli can be served as either a hot or cold cereal. Try this recipe for hot muesli – prepare it just as you would porridge by cooking raw muesli in milk.

Method

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the milk to the boil.
  2. Add muesli and fruit, turn down heat and cook 4-5 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with yogurt and a little honey if liked

Microwave

  1. Place milk, muesli and fruit in a microwave-safe container and cover with plastic wrap.
  2. Cook on high power for 1 minute for 1 serving and 2 minutes for 2 serves. Stir to combine, replace wrap and stand 1-2 minutes.
  3. Serve topped with yogurt and a little honey if liked.
